26–28 October, 2016, in NTUU “KPI” will be held IV International Scientific and Technical Conference “PURE WATER. FUNDAMENTAL, APPLIED AND INDUSTRIAL ASPECTS”.
The supply of good quality water for industry and citizens is essential for harmonious economic and social development. The urgency of this problem increases together with degradation of natural water bodies as a consequence of significant anthropogenic pressure and the increase of population. International cooperation in science and education, development and improvement of principles and mechanisms of a comprehensive approach to protection of water resources play an important role in solving of this problem. IV International Scientific and Technical Conference “Pure Water 2016” is aimed at implementation of these tasks. The Conference covers the main areas of research, solving of urgent and promising issues of water supply and water treatment on national and transnational scales, efficient water management, and establishment of an international consortium under the Horizon 2020 Framework Program.
TOPICS OF THE CONFERENCE
Section 1. Technologies of purification of natural waters. Technical aspects of water supply.
Section 2. The impact of wastewater on the environment. Monitoring and forecasting of natural water bodies’ condition under heavy water consumption.
Section 3. Technologies of wastewater treatment, decontamination of precipitation and getting out of them energy and energy resources. Biological and biochemical aspects.
