Notice is hereby given that the meeting of a working group of the International Collaboration Department (ICD) and the Department of Renewables of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute was held at 2 p.m. on May 31, 2017 to discuss preliminaries to the XVIII international practical-scientific conference “RENEWABLE ENERGY ENGINEERING & ENERGY EFFICIENCY IN THE XXI CENTURY” supported by the Kyiv-based Representative Office of the Polish Academy of Sciences. The conference will take place from September 27 to September 29, 2017.
Questions concerning arrangements for the conference, namely themes of roundtables, a program and preparation of the youth section, were under discussion.
The meeting included the following participants:

Kudria, director of the Institute of Renewable Energy Engineering under the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (NASU), director of the Inter-Sectoral Scientific and Technological Center of Wind Power Engineering under the NASU, chair of the Department of Renewables of Igor Sikorsky KPI; A.R. Shchokin, head of the editorial board of the Renewable Energy Engineering journal of applied sciences at the NASU Institute of Renewable Energy Engineering; O.V. Pepelov and N.V. Marchenko, staff members of the NASU Scientific and Technological Center of Wind Power Engineering; ICD leading engineer H.I. Bidniuk and ICD engineer O.O. Kizub.
